We're Making Some Changes

We are embracing technology to make our interface more direct and easier to use by leveraging e-commerce. We believe this shift will allow Compel to continue to provide design minded, in stock product, while maintaining price competitiveness in an ever-changing market.

Starting March 1, 2022, Compel will move to primarily accept orders for our most popular product and setups on our digital shopping site, compel.shop, with special trade discounts off MSRP for dealers. Orders placed on the site must be paid with a credit card at time of order. This shift also means adjustments to our dealer pricing model. We will continue to accept traditional purchase orders, but at an adjusted discount level to account for added processing costs.

Effective March 1, 2022, all orders are encouraged to be made through our online shop, compel.shop. Orders made online require payment by credit card at checkout.

Orders placed prior to March 1, 2022 will be honored and fulfilled under current pricing and business model. We are fulfilling all orders based on the communicated ship dates on your order acknowledgement.

Yes. As always, we continue to evaluate product performance and adjust the product line accordingly.

Yes. Effective March 1, 2022, Compel list pricing will be adjusted. With this adjustment, we are retiring the surcharge and small order freight fees. Adjusted list pricing is now available.

Dealer discount structure will also change. A trade discount off MSRP will be offered at compel.shop. Discounting will also be adjusted for orders placed by PO on, or after March 1, 2022. Please login to Dealer Dashboard for more information.

Yes. Compel will offer special trade discounting off MSRP via compel.shop. Discounting for purchase orders will also change. Please login to the Dealer Dashboard for more information.

Yes. As of March 1, 2022, all orders will include shipping in the purchase price.

All Compel quotes will be valid until March 1, 2022. If the order is placed prior to March 1, 2022, quotes will be honored at pricing quoted.

For all orders placed on or after March 1, 2022, our new pricing structure will be in effect.

While we will no longer offer in-house design support, our entire product catalog will remain on CAP 2020, Project Matrix and the Project Symbols extension on CET.

In addition, we’ve made extensive improvements to our website to make it easier to find the information you need to specify and sell Compel. This includes a complete typical library, 3D symbol library and enhanced product pages.

No. The SPIFF program will remain the same.

For orders placed via the online shop after March 1, 2022, there will be the option to add your SPIFF ID at checkout. As a reminder, your SPIFF ID must be on your PO at time of submission, or filled out at checkout on the online shop to be eligible. Orders received without the ID are not eligible for SPIFF.

Yes. Our online inventory tool will remain on the Dealer Dashboard.

Yes, the graded fabric program will still be available for orders placed by purchase order. Graded fabric upgrades will not be available through compel.shop.
