We are embracing technology to make our interface more direct and easier to use by leveraging e-commerce. We believe this shift will allow Compel to continue to provide design minded, in stock product, while maintaining price competitiveness in an ever-changing market.

Compel primarily accepts orders for our most popular product and setups on our digital shopping site, compel.shop, with special trade discounts off MSRP for dealers. Orders placed on the site must be paid with a credit card at time of order. We will continue to accept traditional purchase orders, but at an adjusted discount level to account for added processing costs.

Effective March 1, 2022, all orders are encouraged to be made through our online shop, compel.shop. Orders made online require payment by credit card at checkout.

Yes, traditional PO’s are accepted at a lower discount structure. Payment is required for these types of orders; credit cards are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Yes. As always, we continue to evaluate product performance and adjust the product line accordingly.

Yes. Compel will offer special trade discounting off MSRP via compel.shop. Discounting for purchase orders will also change. Please login to the Dealer Dashboard for more information.

Currently, there are no freight charges for our dealers. Please reach out if you need special delivery accomodations.

While we will no longer offer in-house design support or formal quotes. Our entire product catalog will remain on CAP 2020, Project Matrix and the Project Symbols extension on CET.

No. The SPIFF program will remain the same.

For orders placed via the online shop, there will be the option to add your SPIFF ID at checkout. As a reminder, your SPIFF ID must be on your PO at time of submission, or filled out at checkout on the online shop to be eligible. No, the graded fabric program is no longer available effective March 1st, 2022.
